Adventure Pro powered by Magellan

The Yamaha Adventure Pro is a new powerful navigation system that comes as original equipment with Yamaha’s Wolverine X2 and X4 but can be purchased as an accessory. The tablet was designed to give adventurers the ultimate tool for conquering the backcountry. Developed in conjunction with Magellan, the core of the of the Yamaha Adventure Pro lies in a seven-inch Android tablet that has been specially outfitted to survive harsh outdoor encounters. The construction of the tablet is resistant to mud, dust, dirt and rain, while still being operable by the user through a touch screen that works even with gloves on.

GKDI designed the layout for the tablet and captured the tough ruggedness of the unit in an attractive and informative design. The layout was designed to convey all of the important information for a recreational rider that would be needed on the trail in a neat and easy to read format. The tablet can be programmed to show vehicle specific information like speed, gear position coolant temperature battery voltage, 4WD status and vehicle warnings.
