National Science Museum 1994

GEO-COSMOS 2011

The Geo-Cosmos is a display of the earth to show it as a planet floating in the universe. The surface of the earth is reproduced with a super high resolution image. This symbol image of the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation was renewed at the occasion of its 10th anniversary, and it now acts as a part of the “Tsunagari” Project for understanding the earth.

2011 Cutting-Edge

The use of LEDs for the first Geo-Cosmos was changed to organic LEDs for the new one, and pixel density was increased to more than 10 million. The system and environment for projection was also newly developed, thus, the quality and quantity of contents have been significantly upgraded.

GK TECH specializes in technology development-oriented design that integrates design and technology, techno art, design simulation, interface development, and transportation design.

This activity is to provide people with a system to be a catalyzer of “understanding” science. Also this is to provide the system in which people find interest and inquiring spirits by themselves.
