Mobility design encompasses a wide range of vehicles that support the movement of people.
Through our work with motorcycles, we have explored the fundamental appeal of moving machines.
In public transportation such as railways, we design not only for convenience and comfort, but also for the value these systems hold as symbols of their communities.
YAMAHA Wolverine RMAX4
The power-packed Wolverine RMAX2 and RMAX4 was designed for maximum cabin comfort and bold new styling to usher in a new generation of Yamaha side-by-sides.YAMAHA Bolt Scrambler
The 1960’s Scrambler motorcycle style inspired this model. Our design blends design cues from Yamaha heritage models with a modern chassis. The horizontal lines from the bottom of the gas tank through the seat frame emphasize a strong and balanced image.
YAMAHA Sidewinder
This performance model features large twin air intakes taking inspiration from jet fighter aircraft. The design also incorporates the Yamaha style shrouded headlight that gives the design an aggressive tension like a coiled snake.YAMAHA Drive 2 Golf Car
Fleet golf car design is a balance of cost, comfort, maintenance and durability. Golf cars are products of evolution; design changes and new technology have to contribute to one or more of the categories mentioned above. The Drive 2 includes thoughtful details such as cell phone holders, easy-reach cup holder dash, multi panel body for economical repair and easy maintenance. Overall styling features simple and clean surfaces.
YAMAHA UMax
This golf course utility vehicle is designed with a tall front hood to create a powerful truck like image. A one-piece grill provides headlight and turn signal integration. Design features aluminum cargo bed under hood storage and rugged protective panels.YAMAHA 240 Series Jet Boat
The 240 series boat is designed to be family friendly with its roomy interior and wide bow area lounge. The open stern swim platform takes advantage of the jet drive layout to create a relaxing deck space at the water line. The exterior emphasizes its sporty character with a fastback silhouette and low profile.
